White Balsamic Reduction – 200 ml
Our Balsamumm Bianco is made from white balsamic vinegar. Its light and sophisticated taste adds finesse to your desserts, cheese plates, salads, and more… Mixed with orange zest, our olive oil, and a few fresh mint or basil leaves, it makes an excellent summer vinaigrette. Add it to your pizzas and more! Just a drizzle of Balsamumm is enough to elevate all your dishes.
Ingredients: 100% Modena balsamic vinegar, naturally occurring sulfites, cane sugar. Store at room temperature.

Usage and Storage Tips
Do not refrigerate.
Balsamumm should be stored at room temperature, in a cool place away from light.
Natural texture.
As a natural reduction without preservatives, the texture may thicken over time — this is completely normal.
Tip: Too thick?
Simply place the (well-sealed) bottle in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes to restore a smoother texture.
Shake well before use.
As with any natural product, a slight deposit may form at the bottom. Shake gently before each use.
Shelf life.
Best before 24 months after opening, but can last longer without losing flavor if properly stored.
