You will love our chicken wings recipe, prepared with two basic ingredients from here, a sweet and savory combination 100% Quebec!
The sweetness of Balsamumm paired with the bold kick of Chêne Réaction hot sauce from La Pimenterie creates an irresistible harmony. What’s great is you can customize the flavor: pick your favorite Balsamumm for the sweet touch and swap in any hot sauce you like to set the heat level just right.

Ingredients
1 kg raw chicken wings
1 to 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil View product
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
For sauce
3 tbsp. Chêne Réaction hot sauce or other View products
5 tbsp. Balsamumm Bianco
2 tbsp. Balsamumm Orange
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
Preparation
Heat oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Place chicken wings in a baking dish. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper, then mix well.

Bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: in a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and heat over medium until thick and glossy. Remove from heat and set aside.

After 30 minutes, remove wings from the oven and brush generously with the sauce.

Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.

Serve hot, with an extra drizzle of Balsamumm Orange… absolutely delicious!
