Cheddar curds Grilled Cheese

A classic cheddar curds grilled cheese, prepared as you know, but with a twist! Just by adding more cheese to the hot pan then topped with actual grilled cheese, this technique gives another crisp dimension to the sandwich, just perfect!

Balsamumm Grilled cheese

Ingredients

2 slices of bread (the thickest possible)

1 cup cheddar cheese curds

2 tbsp. butter


Preparation

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place first slice of bread in pan butter side down, add 1/4 cup minced cheese on top.


PlaceTurn the sandwich over, add a weight and cook on the other side over high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. second slice on top of first slice, butter side up and cook on high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.


Flip sandwich, add weight and cook on the other side over high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove sandwich and add 1/4 cup of cheese to the hot pan. Place sandwich on top of cheese and cook on medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Repeat on other side.


Serve with our famous original Balsamumm and enjoy.
