Strawberry, Italian salami, French shallots and ricotta Pizza with Balsamumm drizzle

Preparation: 15 min. / Cooking: 9 to 12 minutes (depending on oven) / Servings: 2 to 4

Here is a surprisingly delicious idea! Share it as an appetizer or for brunch. In this recipe French shallots adds a sweet and mild flavor with a hint of garlic. Sweetness of strawberry and Balsamumm goes remarkably well with salty salami. Softness of ricotta makes it perfectly balanced. Totally wonderful and original, you have to try it!

1 pizza dough

10 slices Italian Salami (sopressata), rolled up and sliced thinly

1 cup strawberry, sliced

½ cups ricotta cheese

1 French shallot, thinly sliced

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh basil and oregano for topping

Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamumm, to serve

Cast Iron pizza pan, optional
