A summer BBQ favorite! Juicy pork chops are stuffed with Granny Smith apples and seared in a cast-iron skillet (or grilled on the BBQ). Topped with melted white cheddar and finished with a drizzle of Balsamumm Original, this dish delivers the perfect sweet-savory balance everyone will love.

Ingredients
2 pork chops (250 g each, ½ inch thick – Nagano recommended)
½ Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 slices white cheddar
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Salt & pepper to taste
Balsamumm Original, to serve
Preparation
With a sharp knife, cut a horizontal pocket into each chop, from the bone to the side. Stuff with apple slices, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
In a cast-iron skillet, heat garlic with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear pork chops 4–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Place a slice of cheddar on each chop, cover, and cook 1 more minute until cheese is melted. Drizzle with Balsamumm Original and serve hot.
