Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings made with two ingredients from Quebec

You will love our chicken wings recipe, prepared with two basic ingredients from here, a sweet and savory combination 100% Quebec!

The sweetness of our Balsamumm combined with Chêne Réaction sauce from La Pimenterie is perfect in this recipe. What's great is that you can vary the sweet side by choosing your favorite Balsamumm and the spicy side by opting for the hot sauce of your choice.

1 kg of raw chicken wings

1 to 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil *View product

1 tbsp. butter

Salt and pepper to taste

For sauce

3 tbsp. of Chêne réaction hot sauce or other * View products choice

5 tbsp. Balsamumm Bianco *View product

2 tbsp. Balsamumm Orange *View product

1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger


Heat oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Place chicken wings in a baking dish, add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.

Bake for 30 minutes.

In a small pan, combine all ingredients for sauce, heat over medium heat until sauce is thick and shiny. Remove from heat and set aside.

After 30 minutes of cooking, remove chicken wings from oven and brush with sauce mixture.

Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve with extra Balsamumm, we used Orange, is soooo good!
